Any cancellation or refund eligibility is governed by the written package terms confirmed before payment. Country programme refund conditions are agreed separately in the individual offer. A new application is never guaranteed.
There is no fixed total duration. Timing depends on vacancy availability, employer review, document quality, the candidate’s nationality and the competent Serbian authorities. Do not buy non-refundable travel before official approval.
