Read the terms for your service and your written offer before creating an application or sending payment. Last updated: 17 September 2026.
Country programme services, Serbia platform-access packages and partner coordination have separate service scopes. Confirm which service you are purchasing. Your written offer states whether platform access or partner services are included or charged separately.
For a country programme, your personalised written offer sets out the service scope, total fee, included and separate costs, payment method, payment stages and due dates, cancellation and any refund conditions. There is no universal advance-payment percentage, instalment plan or refund promise. These individual conditions apply to the quoted programme; the Serbia platform-package payment and cancellation terms below apply only to platform access included or purchased under that package confirmation. Partner services follow their separate written cooperation terms.
Serbia Manpower provides candidate profile, document, application-access and status-management tools. The platform is not a Serbian government authority and does not issue visas, residence rights, work authorisations or employment contracts.
You must provide accurate, current and lawfully obtained information. False, altered or misleading documents may cause suspension, employer rejection, official refusal and reporting where legally required. One account may not impersonate another person.
Published salary, schedule, accommodation, benefits, openings and start dates are preliminary until confirmed in a written offer or contract from the identified Serbian employer. Vacancies can close or change without notice.
A single package gives one named candidate one selected application credit. The five-candidate package provides one credit for each of five named candidates. Unlimited access applies to one registered candidate and suitable available roles; it does not remove eligibility or duplicate-application controls.
Payment and application submission do not guarantee an interview, selection, job, employer sponsorship, Visa D, single permit, entry to Serbia or a processing time. Employers and competent authorities make their own independent decisions.
For a Serbia platform-access package, send funds only after checking the exact amount, official receiving address and BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network shown in the authenticated account. A payment reference remains pending until manual verification. Blockchain transfers are normally irreversible. Country programme and partner payments follow the instructions confirmed in their separate written terms.
Application handling, identity checks or administrative work may begin after payment approval. Any refund or cancellation right for a Serbia platform-access package is determined by the written package confirmation and applicable mandatory law. A visa refusal or employer decision does not automatically create a refund under that package. Country programme cancellation and refund conditions are set out in the individual programme offer.
Government, embassy, translation, certification, insurance, travel, accommodation, medical and other third-party costs are separate unless a signed written agreement expressly identifies an included item.
Keep account access secure and immediately report suspected misuse. Do not share passwords, recovery phrases or private keys. We may temporarily restrict an account to investigate fraud, abuse, duplicate identities or unsafe file activity.
Submitting the free sponsorship-request form asks for a review of candidate information and documents. Saving or submitting this platform form does not itself transmit an application to Serbian authorities. It is not a government visa application, employment contract, power of attorney or guarantee. A separate written authorisation identifying the employer or lawful representative is required before another party submits to an authority on your behalf.
We may reject or suspend activity that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive or outside the published service. Payment, application and compliance records may be retained when reasonably necessary for disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
Do not pay a person who promises guaranteed employment or guaranteed immigration approval. For Serbia platform access, verify payment details inside your authenticated account. For country programme or partner services, verify the receiving details and payment instructions confirmed in your separate written offer before sending funds.
SERBIA MANPOWER PARTNERS
These conditions describe referrals and candidate coordination through Serbia Manpower. The agreed services, fees and responsibilities for a partnership must be set out in its written confirmation before payment.
Contact our team to discuss your candidates and the proposed cooperation. An enquiry does not activate a partnership or create an obligation to pay. Review the written cooperation details before accepting them.
Registration fees, per-candidate charges, payment stages, cancellation arrangements and any exclusions must be stated in your written confirmation. Candidate application-access packages are separate from partner services unless expressly included.
Refer candidates only with their knowledge and permission. Explain the purpose of collecting their information, submit accurate documents through the agreed secure channel and never share candidate passwords or private account credentials.
Partners help candidates communicate and prepare their information. A partner may not promise a job or immigration outcome, issue an employment offer, collect payments on our behalf or represent Serbia Manpower without separate written authorisation.
The agreed scope must identify who handles employer coordination, document preparation, official submissions and any arrival assistance. Travel, accommodation, government charges and other third-party costs are included only when expressly stated in writing.
The employer confirms salary, duties, hours and benefits in its written offer or contract. Employment selection and visa or permit decisions remain with the employer and relevant authorities; partnership registration does not guarantee approval.
Keep candidate details current and promptly communicate document corrections, withdrawals and changes in availability. Service changes, renewals and any additional work should be agreed in writing before further charges are incurred.
