Candidate privacy
This notice explains the information used by Serbia Manpower and the safeguards built into the candidate account. Last updated: 21 September 2026.
When you choose Google sign-in, Google provides a stable account identifier, your verified email address and basic profile name. We use these to identify your candidate account and create a secure session. We do not request Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendar access. Google access tokens are used on the server for sign-in and are not stored in your candidate profile.
The site uses a short-lived cookie to protect the Google sign-in process and a secure, HTTP-only session cookie lasting up to seven days. Signing out revokes that session. These cookies support account access; they are not advertising trackers.
Account identity, name, contact details, date and place of birth, gender, nationality, current address, passport number and validity dates, parent, spouse and child information when applicable, residence and visa history, preferred work, experience, document metadata, uploaded files, application records, payment references and support communications. We do not request or store your email password.
To create and protect your account, review candidate and document suitability, identify missing Visa D information, administer purchased application access, coordinate selected applications, communicate status updates, prevent fraud and comply with applicable record-keeping duties.
Authorised platform administrators can access information needed to operate your account. A relevant Serbian employer or lawfully authorised process participant may receive only the information necessary for a selected application after the participant and purpose are identified. Passport and qualification files remain private and are never published as public profile content.
Structured records are stored in the platform database. Uploaded documents are kept in private object storage and served through an authenticated route. No internet service can promise absolute security; use a strong account and report suspicious activity.
Account, payment and application records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the service, dispute handling, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Retention can differ by record type and active application status.
Keep your information accurate, remove documents you no longer need from the account and request access, correction or deletion through the official support channel. Some payment or legal records may need to be retained after an account request.
An application may require information to be reviewed in Serbia or another country involved in the candidate process. We limit sharing to the relevant application and disclose the receiving participant when the process reaches that stage.
The platform stores the blockchain transaction reference you submit, not a cryptocurrency private key. Blockchain transactions are public and cannot be erased from the network by the platform.
Use the authenticated candidate account for document management. Never send a password, wallet recovery phrase or cryptocurrency private key to an administrator or employer.
