PARTNER QUESTIONS

Before you join.

How do we get started?

Email your name, agency or organisation, country and the types of candidates you represent. Our team will explain the next steps and provide the cooperation details for review.

Can an individual refer candidates?

Yes. You can enquire as a community contact as well as an agency. Explain how you know the candidates and the help you can provide with documents and communication.

What does registration cover?

The €990 one-time registration covers an ongoing partnership and unlimited candidate referrals without a renewal fee. Processing services are charged separately for each candidate.

When are the candidate fees paid?

The €400 Visa D support fee is due before the candidate’s visa work starts. The €480 residence and work permit support fee is due after visa approval and before arrival. Review the written scope before paying.

Which documents should we prepare?

Start with an accurate passport copy, English CV, contact details and evidence of relevant work experience. Our team will confirm additional documents for the particular role and application stage. Obtain each candidate’s consent before sharing documents.

Are a job and visa approval guaranteed?

No. Employers decide whom to recruit, and the relevant authorities decide visa and permit applications. Registration and processing payments do not guarantee either outcome.

How are salary and accommodation confirmed?

Review the written employment offer for salary, working hours, deductions, accommodation, meals and transport. Only the benefits expressly included in that offer or your service agreement apply.

What happens if plans change?

Contact support promptly if a candidate withdraws, an employer changes requirements or an application is refused. Cancellation, replacement and refund arrangements follow the written agreement and applicable rights.

How do we contact the team?
