Published candidate service fees
These are Manpower Serbia’s published private candidate service fees in euros. They are not government visa fees, salaries or a promise of a job. A listed destination is not confirmation that your nationality, occupation or circumstances qualify for a current route.

Compare the total budget, not only the headline fee
Ask for an itemised total showing service charges, official application fees and third-party expenses. Translation, certification, insurance, travel, accommodation deposits and initial living expenses may be separate. Do not assume an item is included because it appeared in an advert or a conversation.
Write down the payable currency, exchange-rate method if relevant, payment dates and recipient. Confirm whether Serbia platform access is included in your quotation or separately payable. Do not automatically add the published €100, €500 or €1,000 access package to a country service fee.
A service agreement should explain the work performed at each payment stage and what happens following withdrawal, employer rejection, delay or an official refusal. There is no universal refund promise across destinations.
Eligibility comes before a payment decision
Employment routes differ by destination, nationality, occupation and employer. Use the official link in the table for the destination, then request written confirmation of the route proposed for your case. Do not assume that permission to work in one country allows employment in another.
For example, a published Hungary programme fee does not establish that a particular applicant is eligible for a current Hungarian employment-permit category. Equally, an advertised salary ceiling does not establish the net wage in your own offer. The actual route, contract and deductions need to be checked.
For Ukraine, confirm current official travel advice, employer operations and practical travel arrangements before proceeding. A catalogue entry is not an assessment of travel safety.
Questions to ask before paying
- Who is the legal employer, and how can I independently verify the offer?
- Which official employment route applies to my nationality and role?
- What are the gross and net wage, hours, deductions and accommodation terms?
- Which exact services and third-party expenses are covered by this price?
- Which recruitment, fee-limit and departure rules apply in my home country?
- What is the payment schedule, and what is refundable if a stage does not proceed?
Keep the answers and receipts in your own records. A private provider cannot determine an official visa outcome, and a service payment does not create a job offer.
