What “direct employer communication” means
The platform organises and protects the early application stage. Once a candidate profile and selected application are verified, the file is sent to the relevant Serbian employer. If the employer wishes to continue, direct communication can begin through an interview, call or authorised contact exchange.
It does not mean that anonymous employer details are released to every visitor. Confidentiality helps protect both employers and candidates from spam, copied vacancies and unauthorised recruitment.
Five stages candidates should expect
1. Accurate profile
Your CV, contact details, experience, nationality and availability must match your documents.
2. Suitable role
Choose a vacancy that fits your real skills rather than applying to every title without evidence.
3. Verified access
The platform confirms the selected package, payment reference and application record.
4. Employer review
The employer decides whether your experience meets current staffing needs.
5. Written conditions
Before legal preparation, confirm duties, salary, city, schedule, accommodation and contract basis in writing.
Questions to ask during the employer interview
- What are the exact duties and normal working hours?
- Is the stated salary net or gross, and when is it paid?
- How is overtime calculated and approved?
- Is accommodation offered, and what will be deducted?
- Who pays for transport, meals, insurance and work equipment?
- What is the proposed contract duration and probation period?
- Which party coordinates the employment-based immigration steps?
Warning signs that require extra care
Keep copies of all written terms, receipts and correspondence. Use only the payment information displayed inside the platform and confirm the network and amount before sending cryptocurrency.
What the application fee does—and does not—cover
The selected package covers the candidate record, application access and handling described on the pricing page. It does not purchase an employment contract and does not include government, translation, travel or accommodation costs unless a separate written agreement explicitly says so.
